Con la comida seguimos la misma idea que con el café: pocas cosas, bien hechas. Los croissants y el pan vienen de Pan Bendito, una panadería artesana local cuyo pan nos gusta demasiado como para intentar hacerlo nosotros. Con él montamos los sandwiches de cada día; el resto de la vitrina va cambiando. The food follows the same idea as the coffee: few things, done well. The croissants and the bread come from Pan Bendito, a local artisan bakery whose bread we like too much to try baking ourselves. It goes into the day's sandwiches; the rest of the counter keeps changing.

Trabajamos con tostadores seleccionados que tuestan aquí en Marbella, y elegimos muy poco: solo lo que nos gusta beber a nosotros. En barra siempre hay un espresso de la casa y un filtro que rota. We work with selected roasters who roast here in Marbella, and we choose very little: only what we actually like to drink ourselves. On the bar there is always a house espresso and a filter that rotates.
